Help your community

The coronavirus emergency is affecting our whole community, but there are things you can do to help as long as you follow the health and safety guidance.

Croydon Voluntary Action (CVA) is co-ordinating volunteers across the borough in liaison with the main voluntary sector and community groups – visit their website at https://cvalive.org.uk/.

If you can offer some time to volunteer the CVA have a very short form to fill in – see Want to Help? at https://cvalive.org.uk/coronavirus/ – and submit to the Volunteer Centre team, who will then get in touch with you.

CVA are also compiling a directory of services and activities still running – so please email [email protected] with brief details of whatever support your group is managing to provide.

Finally, the CVA Resource Centre is operating as a Community Hub – a food and medicines collection and delivery point. To make donations please contact the CVA between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday, or via [email protected]
